Brought in a recently purchased used car with mismatched tires (and rims) and I was there for a new set of tires. I don't know a lot about cars, but they informed me of existing tires that couldn't be salvaged as well as a missing rim. The issues were quickly resolved and I left satisfied
Excellent service. Was waiting for 4 tires after a blow out and they found me a single tire that exactly matched my three half worn tires and saved me lots of money. Don't think there is many tire shops that would have done that.
Courteous and professional service always from a company and people that care. Went in to a get full set of tires installed but was told that my front tires were fine and that they could match up the front with a set on the back for a fraction of the cost. Earlier this spring took my wifes car in for a set of tires and again before just going ahead and swapping them out they came and told me that the backs were good and we could either go ahead with the new tires but they would buy the back ones from me or we could just put new front tires on. I choose to install a full set as planned but I really appreciate the attention to detail and the concern for your customers. The team at Poor Boy Tires will not do you wrong. From the moment I called and spoke the the guys up front, I felt respected and important. Not something I have experienced at Automotive shops very often. They gave me a great deal on a set of 4 used winter tires and had them done in less time than they originally said! Very kind, friendly and funny staff members.
