Hello I just got my tires done at poorboy tire and I was 10 minutes late and and called them we still went in and talked to them and they were happy enough or nice enough to do our tires even while we were late extremely professional very courteous

When I went in for my first ever major repair they were honest about the state of my old junker. They told me the bare minimum I would need to do to be safe and never tried to push a sale on me. Not to mention the ladies up front made me feel confident and dealt with my anxiety with compassion and Humor. I recommend these guys to everyone I talk to.

It is definitely worth the drive to, “Poor Boy Tire & Auto Service”. The friendly, knowledgeable staff are extremely accommodating. I was prepared to purchase new all-season tires for my 10-year old Mitsubishi Outlander. The owner (Rob) looked at my old tires and told me there was enough tread on them to last another year, I was thrilled to hear this news! Even though the shop was busy with other customers, I was out of there in less than an hour. The customer waiting room is comfortable offering up-to-date magazines, coffee and water.

Best place in the city bar none. Ive called these guys the day before and he said "yep come on it at 830am tomorrow". Every other place I called practically laughed at me...72 hrs minimum. I asked for 2 front tires be balanced...the bill was $31.50. Just today I called about getting the rears done if I could get in some time...next day...you guys are deadly 👍.
